You should try to fast for 12 hours out of the day for 5 days in a row. then when you go back to eating all day you should eat all natural foods meaning, no processed foods. do that far another seven days then fast for 36 hours. During the 36 hour fast drink plenty of water. then when you come off the second part of the fast eat all clean foods again meaning no processed foods. IF IT DOESNT GROW DONT EAT IT
You can detox your body cheaply just by drinking plenty of water. There’s also a great detox program where you soak your feet in this solution and 30- 45min later its cleaning all the detoxins out of your body through your feet. I thought that was pretty cool and it works!
